Rochelle Lewis

Rochelle is a seasoned communications and advocacy professional with more than 20 years of experience in statewide and local campaigns. She has successfully managed numerous tax and bond measure campaigns, generating millions in new revenues for school districts, cities, and counties. Collaborating with pollsters and public agencies, Rochelle has developed ballot measure language and strategic messaging, and has coordinated multiple campaign committees.

In addition to her campaign work, she has led research and directed public communications on a wide variety of complex policy issues, including education, transportation, public safety, water, and other major infrastructure programs, passing the then largest statewide school bond in U.S. history and securing $18.5 billion in California gas tax and transportation bonds.

A committed volunteer community leader, Rochelle serves as an Advisory Board Member of Santa Monica College and Board Member of the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council under the City of Los Angeles. She has served as Legislative Consultant for the California State PTA, and her community advocacy has been recognized by the League of Women Voters.
