Lucy Peltz
Born and raised in Northern California, Lucy graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She also was on the university’s Division I Swim and Dive Team as a distance freestyle specialist.
Prior to joining TeamCivX, Lucy found her passion for political organizing while working as a field organizer on a congressional race in her hometown. Most recently, she worked as a field organizer for the coordinated campaign in Wisconsin during the 2023 spring elections. It was through these experiences she learned power of grassroots movements and how they have the potential to change the trajectory of elections. She looks forward to bringing her field experience to TeamCivX.
In her free time, Lucy can be found listening to a true crime podcast or planning her next ocean swim competition.
