Keyva Clark

Keyva Clark is a young, dynamic public servant who is passionate about making a difference in her community. She recently returned to Los Angeles after serving as a Biden-Harris Presidential appointee as Director of Engagement at the U.S. General Service Administration. Prior to that, she worked as the Chief of State for Pennsylvania State Representative Jake Wheatley Jr. and as the statewide Coalition Director for Biden-Harris Pennsylvania during the 2020 presidential election. In 2023, she participated in the Los Angeles African American Public Policy Institute. Most recently, she’s used her expertise to consult on various projects and is currently serving on the board of the Black Los Angeles Young Democrats.

Clark is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

In her spare time, Clark enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. She is also an avid volunteer and has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh and Emerge Pennsylvania.

Clark is excited to be back in Los Angeles and is eager to use her skills and experience to make a positive impact on the city. She is a 2023 graduate of the Los Angeles African American Public Policy Institute.
